My grandpa bagged this Deer near Baraga, Mich. almost 100 years ago.

You'd think that would have wiped the 'smirk' off his face by now!

I kind of think the buck looks like it's smiling and as the song goes..."When your smiling the whole world smiles with you!"

Guess I prefer the 'smirk'.

You know; take away the horns and there is something vaguely bovine about that critter.

Michigan Bucks have Antlers. They get Horny.

Our Cows have "COW" painted on their sides, during The Rut and Hunting Season.

That is so Bucks and Hunters don't get confused.

Local Boy... that bear looks like something you would see in a very bad animatronic show where Disney was NOT involved, but some drunk carneys were running the show!  LOL   Grin

I won't even go into the two canines...  YIKES   Shocked

Now Hal, I know you are a little confused now that we are in mid-rut here in Michigan. But before you get too far along, look at what it says on her side; it says “COW”. Good thing those Michigan bucks are literate.
