Yes, that’s the type of sling that was used on the new Rod Bayonet 1903, but I think it was originally made to be a better sling for the Krag Rifle. I could be wrong on that.
It’s a great sling. They’re out there, but generally, they can run about $250.00 or so to buy, if you can find one. I was lucky to have bought this one for $130.00.
