CMP will but has a significant back log.  Chuck Moline (Warpath Vintage) did excellent work but will no longer work Krags.

I was able to contact Bruce Dow at Dow Arms Room (Accuracy Spoken, Here!), in Dade City, Fl. He said that he can do the work. He is a very good smith, but getting up there. Very nice gentleman.
