	I would like to try one of these but am having a hard time finding one. Is there a company who would have these older sights on hand I could contact? Jake

	'JakeM' - Welcome to the KCA Forum. The Redfield 102-K sights show up, from time to time, on ebay and GunBroker. They can show up at gun shows. You might try a PM to 'carbon outlaw'. He posted photos of quite a stash of 'no drill' sights he has acquired. Possibly, he might sell you one.

	I saw one on eBay a few days ago ... I was looking at "redfield sights" and saw it ... They show up about every 2 mounts ... I shot with one for a few years but it is very hard to do fine adjustments ... Then I got a redfield "70kt" so model 70 and krag with target knobs this is a very fine sight ... I see one on eBay about once a year and they sell for about $180.00 or so ... Well good luck ..

	I just looked on eBay and that one got sold ... There a nother big problem along with the sight you have to have a longer screw that very often is not sold with the sight .... In the past I posted some information about redfield sights and screws ...

	The Redfield 102-K is a very convenient sight. The elevation slide can be quickly raised to allow Krag bolt removal for cleaning. The set-screw allows accurate return to 'sighted-in' elevation setting. The 102-K holds its elevation and windage adjustments well. The screw-slots are sized to allow use of coins as a screwdriver. IMHO - The 102-K is a great sight for Hunting and Shooting, especially at 50 and 100 yard ranges. You can use screw-in apertures or not, depending on conditions. I sight-in rifles by shooting a group, adjust sight, shoot another group, adjust, get group centered, and record results, (load, range & sight-setting for use at future shooting sessions). I am conservative in making sight adjustments and avoid: taking a shot, adjusting sight, taking a shot, adjusting sight, taking a shot .... I have worked a lot of Shooting Club 'Sight-In Days' and notice a lot of ammo wasted by shooters, who make sight and scope adjustments after each shot. The Redfield 70-K sights, with Hunter or Target knobs, are nicely made sights. They lack a 'Quick Elevation-Slide Release', which complicates bolt removal on a Krag. Probably the easiest solution is to remove the entire receiver-sight from the Krag for cleaning. "You pays your money and you votes your choice".

	Yea that is a really nice sight on eBay ... And it has the screw with it ... And 9 days left ... Really grate find ...
