	Anyone try/use Starline brass? What are your thoughts on its performance?

	I've not tried Starline 30/40 Krag but have used Starline for other rifle and pistol calibers. Thumbs up for quality and would not have any concerns using their Krag brass. That said, I wasn't aware they were making 30/40 Krag brass yet. Vic

	I am not sure my recall is correct, but, it may have been 'Starline' that made the .30-40 Brass for Graff & Sons.

	I was thinking they made the Graf brass, not sure were I got that from.

	I just checked Starline's website, and they don't list 30-40 as one of their calibers, so perhaps they do white label it for Graf's. I've used their brass for several other calibers, and it seems very good.

	Last I heard was that #%^%$$ Jamison in SD was making Graf's 30-40 brass.

	Culpeper, dare I ask for the back story on Jamison? I ask because I just bought some Captech brass, which I understand to be made by Jamison.

	I misspoke regarding the maker of 'Graf' Brass. When Graf & Sons began marketing .30-40 Brass, with the 'Graf' headstamp, it was suspected by individuals on several forums that the actual maker was Captech in S.D. I suppose someone could call Graf & Sons and ask the origin of their Brass? I am not aware of problems with any brand of .30-40 brass. BTW - There seems to be a lot of gossip and misinformation on the internet. (I regret when I contribute to it).

	My assumption was that GRAF stamped brass was produced by PPU... mostly because they produce brass for other Graf & Sons loaded ammo, such as 7.7x58 mm Arisaka. But that was just an assumption. By the way, if Bill Nye wasn't a Scientist, then was Roy Hinckley really a Professor?

	.30-40 Brass situation is a lot better today than it was two or three years ago.
