one more test

This test I used Hornady 168 gr. BTHP (#30501) bullets, IMR 4350 powder 41.3 grs., Remington 9 1/2 primers, c.o.a.l 3.025, case trim 2.304, this load gave 7/8" x 7/8" group.
Unlike most of my rifles, The Krag seems to like a wide range of bullet weights, 168 gr. to 220 gr. bullets all give pretty good groups, all are capable of X ring sized groups on an NRA SR-1 , 100 yard target, shot at 100 yards with light winds. A high master shooter may well do better. My rifle is all original, and I shoot with 74 year old eyes.
