This is a krag I have been building ... I started with a inexpensive stock I purchased on ebay  that I checkered ... Here is some pictures ... have a look ...

Nice job! That's a lot of checkering for one stock. Did you plan it all out before starting or as you went along?

Oh,  and do you do fish scales, birds and cats?
