Krag Parts Gun?

Hello all

This rifle was acquired from an estate and was curious what I have here.  My gunsmith friend took a look at it and was thinking it could of possibly been put together by S.A.  What has us stumped in the 1907 cartouche. Huh  We do know it is an 1898 receiver, 1899 barrel (not cut down) Constabulary, and it has a carbine stock.  Do we have something possibly rare or is it just a good ole parts gun.
Thanks for your time.

Parts gun. Constabulary/School guns are made on 1899 actions. and there are no GENUINE 1907 cartouches. The final "1" in the 1901 cartouche has a long serif - that is what you are reading as a "7". Or, it is a totally fake cartouche - no longer impossible, since new laser-cut stamps are now routinely sold by crooks on the 'net.
