I have been shooting 180 gr. cast (wheel weight lead) bullets over 22 gr. of IMR 4198, with accuracy less than I can get with a 180 gr. jacketed bullet.  I recently got a 200 gr. mold but have not shot any of the 200 gr. bullets.  I was wondering if anyone was shooting this projectile and what results they have obtained.  I am hoping that the heavier bullet will stabilize better and I can get the kind of accuracy that I am getting with the jacketed 180 (Hornady) bullet.  I am getting velocity of about 1700 fps with that powder charge.  Thanks for any input.

Thanks for the info.  I will give those suggestions/loads a try.  My bore is like new with a mirror finish like it was never fired.  My guess is that it is still good to shoot a .308 size bullet, but if I have any accuracy problems, I will definitely heed your advise and slug the barrel.  I appreciate you taking the time to reply-thanks again.
