Does anyone have a favorite ball/spherical powder?

I have had great results with 4198 and cast in my Krag.  It is just that I would like to find a powder that will go through the Uni flow better. I would like to try some Ramshot Tac but can't find Krag safe load data for it.  All I looking for is 1900 to 2000 with a 314299. (210 grains) Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I've been shooting an NOE 311365 (185 gr) over 19 grains of 5744 out of my cutoff sporter in CBA matches with great results.  I've never chrono'd the loads, but I suspect I'm pushing around 1600 fps.  No need to hit 2000 fps with cast to be accurate...

That's pretty much max velocity for that weight bullet.  It'll take something slow burning to keep pressure down within the limits of your alloy.  I've used a caseful of cheap 50BMG ball powders, like WC860 to get what you're looking for.  Other commercially available ball powders meant for the magnum calibers might burn a bit more efficiently without exceeding the pressure limit of your alloy.  Ramshot's Magnum & Accurate's Magpro might be options for you, the Ramshot appears to be the slower of the two.  Hodgdon Superformance might also be an option.  Use magnum primers.

I have been using 39 grains of H414 with a 170 grain Oregon Trail cast bullet at a velocity of 2116 fps, average of 5 shots.  Accuracy is around 3" at 100 yds.  I am going to drop the velocity to try and improve accuracy.  The barrel in my 1901 manufactured Mod. 1898 Krag slugs at .309"  H414 is a ball powder that meters easily through both my Lee and RCBS powder measures.
