hi from carbon outlaw.....just some information...my bolt face is broken on my 1899 krag...I was looking on ebay...from grandpa's gun shop add and they have old but new striped krag bolts for sale that are packed in cosmolean and they are grate plus my head space came out perfect.....end of message....end of transmission...by..

I'm not surprised that your headspace came out good, as the tolerances Krags were manufactured to was very tight.  As long as you didn't replace your barrel, there's no reason that a replacement bolt shouldn't be very close to begin with.
