Followed the link and went exploring.  I was very interested to know that Winchester still lists 30-40 Krag among the available ammo that they produce!  I may just have to write them a letter and ask about availability and if I can order some!

Listed on Winchester's site:

WSC3040KU - 30-40 Krag unprimed brass
X30401 - 30-40 Krag - 180 gr Power Point... listed in boxes of 20 and cases of 200 rounds
