Until brass is once again available, It would be a good idea to purchase a 30-40 neck size die. Redding may be the only company that manufactures one.

Neck sizing dies are nice... but really, with the slight taper of the 30-40 case, all you have to do is back your FL sizing die out 3/4 to 1 turn.  I do this with my LEE dies and it works great!
