I must be the only moron (read: American) in eastern Africa who thinks this has been blown way out of proportion in every way conceiveable. 

My awareness of the adult world started in '76 or so with that swine flu baloney.  I did not run right out and get a shot, because 1, I was young and invincible and 2, I had been a walkin', talkin' jackass for years before that.  (I come by it through hereditity.)

Everyone are wetting their panties over almost nothing.  Sure, I am at the leading edge of being a full fledged geezer but like the guy in the article I have to say IDGARA (I don't give a rat's backside).

This is just a ploy to stuff socialism up our backsides and that I do give a rat's backside about.

Besides.  Do these people think they will live forever?  My how we have become a Union of cowards.

I’m taking it seriously. Who wants to role the dice on whether or not they get a mild or severe case of this crap? As a retired dude I’m staying in my house or shop, not going out anymore than necessary. Would the people who died of this virus would have died of the regular flu virus anyway? Who knows? At the start they said old and sickly but either the info was flawed ot the virus has changed which viruses do so everyone is at risk. Most will get over it fine but I’m very concerned with the extensive use of hand sanitizer and the potential there for creating a super Coronavirus or any other virus that is exposed to so much selective evolution.
